The University Forest Administration and Management Fund is managed by a 9-member without pay Board of Directors. It consists of 5 faculty members of the Department of Forestry and Natural Environment, and the rest members are: a representative of all students, a representative of the Fund staff, a legal advisor-professor from the Law School of A. Π.Θ. and finally a representative from the Special Technical Staff of the Department. The Board of Directors has legal status for two years, while the Chairman takes over by voting one of the 5 faculty members of the Department of Forestry & NE.
